Volunteer Opportunities at Reformation
Childcare Center
To volunteer at Reformation’s Childcare Center, an individual must submit an application and obtain two criminal record checks. The Childcare Center will pay for the criminal record checks.
Volunteers assist a lead staff person in the classroom. Duties include, but are not limited to, reading stories, helping with arts and crafts, leading outdoor activities, feeding children and helping on field trips.
Job requirements include a combination of education in Early Childhood Education and experience working with children in a childcare setting.
Office volunteers
To support Reformation’s ministry by providing administrative support to the parish office and childcare staff. The administrative support includes word processing, filing, answering the phone, taking messages, mailings, copy work, etc.
The Personnel Ministry
We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with policy writing, updating job descriptions, and developing additional job descriptions for various Parish Ministry Volunteer Positions. We especially need assistance from individuals with experience in organizational management, workload consulting, policy writing, personnel law, human resources, etc.
