Pastoral Care Ministry

The Pastoral Care staff ministers to the whole person from the beginning of life to its end.

Among the services available are:

  • Spiritual Direction- mentoring an individual in the development of her or his Christian faith and life
  • Pre-marriage preparation – counseling to assist a couple in maintaining a life-long relationship e.g., Prevention Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP), Prepare/Enrich, Understanding the Love of Your Life, and other workshops and seminars
  • Marriage Enrichment – offering Marriage Encounter and other ministries to strengthen a couple’s marriage
  • Parenting – providing workshops in improving parenting skills, e.g., Active Parenting
  • Counseling – counseling and referral to Peninsula Pastoral Counseling Center
  • Support and Recovery Groups (e.g., Grief, Divorce, Additions, etc.)
