- Reviews and develops job descriptions
- Reviews and recommends salary actions
- Develops performance evaluations for salaried and volunteer positions
- Recommends policy and changes in policy to the Church Council for approval
- Reviews and submits revisions to the Personnel Manual to the Church Council for approval
- Serve as consultants to the Church, Childcare Ministry and volunteers on matters related to recruiting, retaining and training issues.
Advertises for vacant positions
- Interviews potential candidates
- Makes salary recommendations to Parish Council
- Submits minutes and reports five days before the Church Council meeting
- Submits an annual report to the Church Council by the second Tuesday of December
