  • Reviews and develops job descriptions
  • Reviews and recommends salary actions
  • Develops performance evaluations for salaried and volunteer positions
  • Recommends policy and changes in policy to the Church Council for approval
  • Reviews and submits revisions to the Personnel Manual to the Church Council for approval
  • Serve as consultants to the Church, Childcare Ministry and volunteers on matters related to recruiting, retaining and training issues.
  • Personnel MinistryAdvertises for vacant positions
  • Interviews potential candidates
  • Makes salary recommendations to Parish Council
  • Submits minutes and reports five days before the Church Council meeting
  • Submits an annual report to the Church Council by the second Tuesday of December
