The Reformation Lutheran Church Bylaws (Article 6, Section 6.7, k) state:

“The primary purpose of the Personnel Ministry is to recruit and recommend individuals to serve in the various ministry opportunities of this congregation. This committee shall also interview and recommend personnel for paid staff positions appointed by the Congregation Council.”
It is the responsibility of the Personnel Ministry to fulfill the intent of the Reformation Lutheran Church Bylaws and support the mission of the Church through recruitment, hiring, salary administration and personnel policy administration. We perform many of the human resource tasks in a manner similar to those in the private employment world.
The Personnel Ministry is responsible for hiring and supervising staff positions such as th Parish Secretary, Sexton and Minister of Music.
The Childcare Center is hiring for a fulltime childcare position. Prior experience with children, in a childcare environment, is required. Pay is dependent on experience. Hours discussed at time of interview. Our center is open from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m..
