Following the gathering of Reformation’s ministries, Ministries-In-Motion for Service (MIMS), on the first Monday of each month, the Parish Council meets on the second Sunday of each month to discuss and make decisions in order to carry out the ministry of the church. Many Parish Council Members also attend MIMS so that they are better informed of the each of the ministry’s plans. Also, most Parish Council members serve as liaison to a specific Ministry.
Members of the congregation are encouraged to communicate ideas, special concerns and other issues to a Parish Council member. The Parish Council is charged with the responsibility of addressing them in addition to conducting the business of the Church.
